I don't know about you but over the years I've tried to make changes to myself, my lifestyle, my habits etc. It's hard. Anyone who has ever made a New Year's Resolution knows just how hard it can be. So if we find it hard to change ourselves how can we change the behaviour etc., of others?

The secret to effecting real change

After many years of trying to change other people, the world and myself, I realized that the key is very simple. Change myself first. The only person I have the power to change in any meaningful way is me. Then when I do change, the way I am in the world will impact others differently and their response to that may be to try to change themselves.I guess it's just another way of saying you need to walk your talk.

So go on... begin to inspire change by changing yourself!
